Great Leadership and Team Building Skills the Pack of Wolves can Teach You

Three Old and Sick wolves are walking in the front to set the pace of the group so that, they are not left behind. The next five are the Strongest in the pack, they are walking after the Elders to protect them from an attack. The middle ones are protected by the 5 ones in the back who are also the strongest and best. The last one is the Leader who ensures that no one is left behind and everyone is Unified & on Track. He is always prepared to run in any direction to act as a 'Bodyguard' for the rest.

This is a true definition of a True LEADER and Team Work. They teach us stronger does not mean to feel proud rather it gives you the responsibility to protect the weaker.
