As soon as kids start learning to talk, you can teach them the names of the parts of their body. It’s never too late, and there are lots of ways to get the conversation going. Just don’t try to “catch up” all at once — that can be overwhelming. It’s better to have lots of little talks over time. The most important thing is to make it really clear to your kid that they can ask you questions or come to you for support without fear of shame or judgment.

It is always better to talk about Sex from a young age but its never too late. So, the best way to talk to some teenager is by check in what is going with them and their friends in school regularly. Ask them if they are having a crush or any sense of feelings.
